Advertising in SMTA’s Annual Yearbook

Advertising space for the 2018-2019 SMTA Yearbook now being accepted!

Your purchase of ad space in the SMTA annual Yearbook and the SMTA website will provide support for our organization and the young musicians in our midst. The mission of SMTA is to support and enrich the community through the widespread availability of excellent music instruction, performances, and other educational opportunities, and to support and enrich the professional lives of independent music teachers in Seattle. We believe that you will find that a relationship with SMTA is mutually beneficial to your company.

The SMTA Yearbook is used by nearly 200 members throughout the year, and we encourage them to patronize the businesses and organizations that advertise with us. When you advertise in the Yearbook we will also post your logo (with a link to your website) in the sponsor banner on the SMTA website at seattlemta.org. This is a revolving slideshow of our sponsors that runs at the bottom of every page on the site.

Though we believe our Yearbook to be the most visible way to reach our members, we also offer a web-only option for folks who wish to reach our membership and other visitors to our website throughout the year.

Booklet folds to 8.5″ tall x 5.5″ wide.  All ads b&w. 

Premium Placement-Full-Page Ad: $170

Standard Full Page Ad (run of book): $120
(7.75″ tall x 5″ wide)

Premium Placement (Table of Contents)-Half-Page Ad: $95
(3.625″ tall x 5″ wide)

Standard Half-Page Ad (run of book): $75
(3.625″ tall x 5″ wide)

Website only: $60
Logo and link to your website posted on the SMTA website for a 12 month period.

AD FORMAT

For print ads in the Yearbook: All ads must be black and white and “camera-ready” (300ppi). SMTA is unable to compose ads or make corrections. Please transmit your ad to us by email smtaoffice@gmail.com as a high-resolution .jpg or .pdf file. All ads must be submitted as final and ready for print. SMTA will not make any adjustments to ads

For logos placed on the SMTA website: The logo space on the SMTA website for square-oriented logos) is 140pixels wide by 104pixels high, and should be on a white background. Horizontal-oriented and other sized logos will be adjusted to fit by SMTA. Please state the URL address that the logo will link to.

DEADLINES

  • Ad space reservation deadline is Friday, July 27, 2018.
  • All ads and payments are due Friday, August 3, 2018.
