Music, like life, can be a source of great joy and considerable stress for students and teachers alike. These stressors can include performance anxiety, burnout, creative angst, and other issues related to musical and professional achievement. Join us as we explore cognitive and contemplative strategies for managing the effects of stress and fatigue related to music teaching and discuss the ways in which these can be applied to our lives and livelihoods to sustain our emotional wellbeing.
