*NEW!* SMTA Piano Masterclass Series
The SMTA Masterclass Series provides students the opportunity to be coached by highly qualified visiting master teachers. Pre-college students who have taken at least 6 months of private piano instruction are welcome to participate.

Advanced Masterclass: 3:00 - 4:30 pm

SMTA Masterclass Series provides students the opportunity to be coached by highly qualified visiting master teachers. Students will receive valuable feedback on their pieces and benefit from observing the critiques of the other participating students.
General Guidelines
Students will submit a recorded performance by the application deadline.
Students will be selected based on a balanced consideration of their overall preparedness and program variety for the masterclass.
Intermediate level: RCM Levels 5-7. Advanced level: RCM Levels 8-10. See RCM Syllabus for leveling.
Memorization is strongly encouraged.
Each selected student is to play a maximum of 10 minutes during the masterclass.
The selection process will take place after the application deadline. An email will be sent out by April 17th to notify teachers and students if they have been selected for the masterclass.
