SMTA Events Will be Virtual Through December

In line with the WSMTA (Washington State Music Teachers Association), the SMTA will hold all events virtually through at least the end of December 2020. The SMTA board and event chairs are hard at work working on putting together programs to best serve our community during this time.

Keep checking the calendar page throughout the summer as dates and events will be added as they are planned. SMTA members can also look forward to presentations on this year’s programs at the first General Meeting of the Year, “A Bite of SMTA”, to be held online on Tuesday, September 15th at 9:30am via Zoom. (Link will be emailed to all SMTA member teachers in September.)

Many of our teachers continue to teach online lessons! If you are a parent or prospective student wanting to learn an instrument, there’s no time like the present! Visit our Find a Teacher page to find a music instructor for either online or in-person lessons.
